Welcome to the official payment application of PVR Elite Avenue Owners Welfare Association. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Data We Collect

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Flat Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Login Credentials (username & password)

This information is used only for member verification, communication, and processing payments.

2. Monthly Payments

Members are required to pay their monthly maintenance charges through this application. The monthly payment ranges between ₹1,500 to ₹2,000, depending on the flat type and applicable association decisions.

3. Payments & Receipts

All payments are processed securely through Zoho Payments. We do not store your card/bank details on our servers. After every successful payment, a digital receipt is automatically generated and made available for download.

4. Refunds & Disputes

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by the Association Committee in special cases.
  • In case of payment failures, duplicate charges, or disputes, members should immediately contact the Association Committee with payment details.
  • The Association will coordinate with the payment gateway to resolve genuine issues.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration and payment.
  • You must ensure timely monthly payments to avoid penalties or service restrictions as decided by the Association Committee.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely for association purposes. We do not share or sell your details to third parties.

7. Liability

The Association and its software platform are not liable for any indirect or accidental damages, including but not limited to payment gateway downtime, failed transactions, or technical issues beyond our control. Any payment disputes related to the payment gateway must be taken up with Zoho Payments in coordination with the Association.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated by the Association at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels.

By using this application and completing a payment, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
